Pricing
All our prices for sales in our public internet shop site include VAT.
Despatch
We aim to despatch all goods within 1 working day (maximum 2 working days) of you making the order. If for any reason there is a prolonged delay we will contact you to advise of the despatch date and let you know the reason for the delay.
Safety
All puppets are hand crafted and have been safety tested to European Standards on Safety of Toys:
BSEN 71-1: 2011
BSEN 71-2: 2011
BSEN 71-3: 2013
The puppets are suitable for all ages and display the CE mark.
Due to their hand made nature, puppets may vary very slightly from the images shown
Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your order please let us know and we will try our best to resolve the issue.
In the unlikely event your goods are faulty please contact us and we will arrange for either a credit or a replacement to be sent out.
You have the right to a cooling off period of 14 days after receipt of goods during which time you may cancel your order for any reason and return the goods to us for a full refund on the purchase price. (This period is extended to 21 days over the Christmas period).
All returns must be “as new” condition in original packaging and we suggest you obtain “proof of posting” from the Post Office as we cannot take responsibility for returned goods that are lost or damaged in transit.
